Sow from Spring to Autumn, direct is best but can be transplanted if roots aren’t disturbed. Prefers full sun, will grow to 80cm and self seed readily. Many parts of this plant are used for culinary and medicinal purposes, including in breads, muffins and herbal teas. All our seeds are sustainably harvested from our spray-free wild food & native forest on the Banks Peninusla, NZ.
